We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
- You have a maximum of 30 days to return an item. You must send your return package back postmarked within 30 days date of receiving your item. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping Fee: If the product arrives damaged, is different, or not working, Beebut will offer the return&exchange shipping fee. If the customer needs to return&exchange the product for personal issues, the customer needs to offer the return shipping fee.
What should I do if I need to request a return&exchange?
To initiate a return&exchange, please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an assessment. Upon approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, that items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address provided by our customer service.
2. Please make sure you don’t include Non-our website items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
